When will my glasses be ready?
Up to 2 weeks for prescription glasses and up to 3 weeks for sunglasses.

When will I be notified my glasses are ready?
We notify you the same day they arrive and pass our inspection process.

Do I need an appointment to browse for glasses?
You do not need an appointment to look at glasses. Check in at the front desk and they will notify our optical team who will assist you as soon as possible.

I have a prescription from another doctor, can I still get glasses here?
Yes! Bring a copy of your prescription and any relevant insurance information.
